README — Importing the kit into Notion

This folder contains 3 Notion templates drawn from the book From Junior to Principal Consultant:

1. Skills Matrix (Skills_Matrix.csv) — 30 skills mapped to the book’s lessons, with levels, priorities and development actions.
2. Promotion File (Promotion_File_Become_Principal.md) — the complete working document to prepare and demonstrate your promotion.
3. Roadmap Junior → Principal (Roadmap_Junior_Principal.md + .csv) — 23 milestones across 5 phases, tracked as a kanban.

Import in 4 steps

1. In Notion: Settings & members → Import (or ⋯ → Import on a page) → choose CSV for databases, Markdown for pages.
2. Import the two .md pages first, then the two .csv files. Drag each database under its home page.
3. Configure the database properties:
   • Current level / Target level → Select type (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert)
   • Priority → Select (High, Medium, Low) · Status → Select · Due date → Date
   • Phase (roadmap) → Select, then create a Board view grouped by Phase
4. For the matrix, add a Board view grouped by Category and a filtered view Priority = High.
